Join us for open office hours—an informal, drop-in session where you can ask questions, share ideas, or get feedback on your work. Whether you're looking for guidance, clarification, or just want to connect, this time is set aside to support you. If you are interested in connecting with a Living Future Buildings team member about your registered project, schedule an appointment!

Available Buildings Team members include:

• Emma Burns (she/her) is the Senior Manager of the Buildings Team. She is knowledgeable about program requirements and unique pathways within all of the Living Future standards, and manages the Request for Ruling process. She has a background in Water Resources, project management, and environmental compliance.
• Natalie Van Dreal (she/her) is the Manager of the Buildings Team. She takes a special interest in materials, biophilic design, and human-centered work. Schedule with Natalie for administrative issues, general support, and materials-related questions.
• Nick Semon (he/him) is the Senior Director of the Buildings Team. Nick works closely with teams to identify pathways to success for projects facing unique challenges. He also develops compliance paths for clients interested in pursuing ILFI’s certifications at the portfolio level.
