Subscription policy

The International Living Future Institute offers subscriptions on some products, including Living Future Membership. Here’s everything you need to know about managing your subscriptions:

Repeat Deliveries

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be securely stored and charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Auto-Renewal

Some subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration, such as Living Future Membership. If you prefer not to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time. 

In the case of Living Future Membership, you will maintain access to member benefits for the duration of the remaining paid subscription period but will not be charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds.

Managing Your Subscription

To cancel or change your subscription, you can do so anytime from your ILFI Marketplace Customer Account. Login to your account (See Image 1 below) to see your subscriptions where you can view, manage, pause, cancel your subscription as needed (See Image 2 below).
