This fee covers programmatic changes to existing registrations, including:
- Changes to a more recent version of a certification (e.g., Core 1.0 to Core 1.1)
- Changes from one certification program to another (e.g., LBC to Zero Energy, or Zero Carbon to Core)
- Other major registration changes at the discretion of Living Future
There is generally no fee to change registration details such as project area, timeline, or typology. You may update these details in Portal. Please contact support for your currently registered project to determine if this fee is necessary or if you need assistance in Portal.
Once processed, paid program changes are permanent and may not be reversed without additional program change fees. Unless informed otherwise by Living Future, the original registration date will be honored in order to determine which mandatory handbook updates apply to the project.
*All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any services purchased through the Building Certification Program Support store. The paid value of all services is valid for 90 days after purchase. Refunds will not be provided if services are not booked within 90 days.
