Not sure whether your documentation meets the program requirements? Our Documentation Requirement Review provides high-level technical feedback on an individual documentation requirement, helping your team identify potential gaps, clarify alignment, and address issues before audit.

This service is designed to de-risk your path to certification without replacing the formal audit or preapproval process.

What’s Included

For one individual documentation requirement, our team will:

• Review the submitted documentation against the applicable program criteria.
• Identify areas of alignment and potential misalignment with the requirements
• Provide high-level feedback to help your team strengthen the documentation before audit.
• Flag potential issues that may warrant additional attention or clarification.

What’s Not Included

This service is not a formal preapproval or determination of compliance. Final compliance is determined through the applicable certification audit process.

The fee covers one review and one round of feedback on the submitted documentation. It does not include:

• Back-and-forth correspondence or consultation with the project team.
• In-depth review of calculations, models, data, inputs, outputs, or supporting documentation.
• Revisions or subsequent reviews of the documentation.
• A guarantee that an auditor will not have questions or request additional documentation during the audit.

Eligible Documentation Requirements

All individual documentation requirements (e.g., I0-1) are eligible for this service except requirements that require a thorough review of inputs, outputs, calculations, models, or extensive supporting documentation.
