Escalated Support Call

Escalated Support Calls are provided on a pre-approved basis by the Buildings Team at Living Future.

When project teams face issues that are technically complex, highly urgent, or otherwise not a good fit for standard support options, Escalated Support Calls provide an opportunity for additional involvement from senior leadership of the Living Future support team.

This call will book time with Nick Semon (he/him), Senior Director, Buildings. Nick works closely with teams to identify pathways to success for projects facing unique challenges. He also develops compliance paths for clients interested in pursuing ILFI’s certifications at the portfolio level.
